The vision

تتركز رؤية القسم بسعيه ليكون رائداً في رفع مكانة اللغة العربية وآدابها محلياً وعالمياً، وتقديم بيئة علمية ملائمة للنهوض بلغة الضاد بوصفها لغة القرآن الكريم والمجتمع، ضمن أطر جودة التعليم والاعتماد الأكاديمي والتنمية المستدامة.

The message

The mission of the Arabic Language Department focuses on the following:

1. إعداد جيل علمي متخصص بعلوم اللغة العربية وآدابها، والحفاظ على لغة القرآن الكريم، ورفد المجتمع ومؤسساته المتنوعة بالكفاءات العلمية المؤهلة لتسهم في البناء والتنمية المستدامة، بتواصل ما بين الأصالة والمعاصرة في البحث والتدريس واكتساب المهارات والخبرات، وتعزيز قيم الانتماء والمسؤولية والإبداع والتفكير البنّاء.
2. Strengthening scientific and cultural ties with Arabic language departments in Arab universities and institutes, and with Arabic language academies and councils locally, regionally and internationally, in a way that contributes to the development of the college and enhances its scientific standing, and supports diverse religious, academic and educational community institutions with highly qualified specialists.

The goals

The goals of the Arabic Language Department to achieve its vision and mission are focused on the following:

1. Preparing highly competent specialists in the Arabic language, which contributes to achieving quality in teaching the Arabic language in pursuit of obtaining specialized academic accreditation.
2. تنمية روح الاعتزاز باللغة العربية والتراث الإسلامي، وإعداد متخصصين لرفد المؤسسات الدينية، والتربوية تسهم في تحصين المجتمع وإصلاحه، ومحاربة الغلو والتطرف والتعصب والطائفية المقيتة وتعزيز القيم الإسلامية والاجتماعية وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
3. Developing literary and critical language skills in an environment based on self-learning and community learning, and developing a culture of dialogue and openness to others and their civilization, and enhancing its value in the hearts of its children.
4. Meeting contemporary developmental needs in the fields of Arabic language and skills, and providing them with specialized staff to provide practical scientific advice to raise the academic scientific level.
5. الانفتاح والتواصل محلياً وإقليمياً وعالمياً من خلال المشاركة في المؤتمرات العلمية وتوفير البعثات العلمية وإقامة النشاطات الأكاديمية والعلمية والثقافية المتنوعة كالمؤتمرات والندوات العلمية داخل الجامعة وخارجها لخدمة للغة لعربية والعلوم الشرعية المتنوعة.
